DAHLONEGA – Three Nighthawks scored in double figures as the No. 24 University of North Georgia women's basketball team wrapped up its non-conference schedule with a 76-62 win over Reinhardt on Saturday afternoon at the Lynn Cottrell Arena at the UNG Convocation Center.

Trushel's double-double was the first of her career as a Nighthawk.
After leading by three at half (32-29), UNG opened the third quarter with a 13-4 run, but back-to-back threes from the Eagles would get Reinhardt back to a single possession game late in the quarter.
UNG again opened the fourth quarter with another 12-3 burst and would hold a double-figure advantage for the remainder of the contest.
The contest for Reinhardt (12-0) is counted as an exhibition. RU's Maria Sanchez Ponce led all scorers with a game-high 23 points and a team-high 10 rebounds.
North Georgia connected on 19-of-22 (86%) attempts from the free throw line.
