Ticket Required for Admission
For those fans that have not purchased tickets prior to arrival at the venue, QR codes will be available to scan at the gates that will direct you to purchase your tickets online at our
digital box office. Event staff will be on site to assist with ticket purchases.
• Ticketing to UNG Athletics events is a fully digital and cashless transaction.
NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.
• Prices for single game tickets are:
$10 general admission, $7 seniors (65+), $7 students (middle and high school) and $7 military.
• The only passes accepted are Peach Belt Conference All-Sports Passes. GHSA season passes (High School) are not accepted for complimentary admission.
• Admission is free to all elementary school-aged children (fifth grade & under).
• Seating at all ticketed venues (soccer, basketball, baseball, softball) is general admission unless reserved through the North Georgia Athletic Fund.
• For ticket holders for events in the UNG Convocation Center, a hand-stamp from the ticketing staff is required for re-entry. Students, faculty & staff can re-enter using UNG Connect.
• All spectators inside the confines of the facility (black fence around Lynn Cottrell Park) are required to purchase an admission ticket to all events. There is no complimentary spectating from the adjacent parking areas.
• Single game tickets are transferable if the game is rescheduled.
Group Sales
• Groups of 10+ (youth teams & verified organizations) are eligible to receive discounted tickets at variable rates based on group size.

UNG Students, Faculty & Staff
• Admission is
FREE to all UNG students, faculty and staff (current) using the UNG Connect platform on their mobile device. Download your personalized QR code to your Apple or Google Wallet.
Outside Food & Drink/Coolers
No outside food, drinks or coolers are allowed to be brought into UNG Athletics venues (past ticketing gates/bag check).
Bag Checks
Quick bag checks by our event staffing vendor ShowPros are required for entry into all UNG Athletics events. We do not enforce a clear bag policy.
Tailgating/Alcohol
The University of North Georgia allows tailgating in designated areas only (parking lot of athletic facilities). The consumption of alcohol is permitted in accordance with university, state and local laws. Alcoholic beverages should be consumed responsibly and only in designated tailgating areas. Tailgating is only permissible on game days four hours prior to competition and two hours after competition.
Pets/Service Animals
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in any section of University of North Georgia athletic facilities. Our pet policy is a mandated university-wide policy that was established for the health and safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors, and for the protection, efficient use and enjoyment of the campuses by ensuring that pets do not become a threat, health hazard, nuisance or distraction to University events. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Detailed regulations on service animals can be found on the

Playing Surface/Field
Guests may not enter the playing surface at any time before, during or after the contest at any of our facilities.
Facility Usage & Video Surveillance
UNG on-campus athletic facilities are closed to the public for general use. All university-approved use is scheduled and coordinated through the Associate Athletic Director, Facilities & Event Management. All activities at UNG athletics facilities are monitored by video.
Tennis Court Usage (UNG Tennis Complex at Yahoola Creek Park)
Courts at the UNG Tennis Complex at Yahoola Creek Park are to be used for intended purposes of tennis and pickleball only. Skates, skateboards, scooters, bikes or other activities are not permissible on courts. Pickleball is only allowed on courts that are lined for that purpose. Only non-marking court shoes may be worn on the courts. No hard-soled shoes, black-soled shoes or shoes of any kind that mark the court are allowed. The University of North Georgia has priority use of the facility for university-sanctioned activities.
The following items are not permitted at any of our facilities:
• Animals - except documented service animals for guests with disabilities
• Artificial powered noisemakers
• Clothing with profane, inappropriate or abusive language
• Fireworks
• Illegal drugs
• Laser pointers
• Outside alcohol - except in designated tailgating areas
• Sports equipment to include soccer balls, basketballs, footballs, etc.
