DAHLONEGA - University of North Georgia baseball player
Nik Levensteins was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team Thursday afternoon.
Levensteins, a junior from Arvada, Colorado, currently sports a 3.82 cumulative grade point average in Finance. He is joined on the 11 player team by two other Peach Belt players in Isaac Bouton from Columbus State and Rome Wallace from Young Harris.
Levensteins is the second UNG baseball player to earn a spot on the Academic All-District Team, joining Kenny Bellavance in the 2013 season.
First-team Academic All-District honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in June.
