Game Preview: The University of North Georgia women's soccer team battles two Peach Belt Conference foes this week as they wrap up the conference slate with a road trip to Young Harris before a Senior Day showdown with Albany State.

Rankings: North Georgia jumped two spots to No. 18, the highest ranking of the year for UNG. Flagler is also in the poll, climbing one spot to No. 3.
Last Week: The Nighthawks went 1-0-1 last week, defeating Clayton State, 1-0, before fighting to draw with No. 4 Flagler, 2-2.
Young Harris: Young Harris is 6-7 overall but 5-3 in PBC action. The Mountain Lions most recently fell to USC Aiken, 4-1, on the road. At home this season, YHC is 5-3, holding opponents to just one goal over the last four home fixtures. Aimee Durn leads YHC in the goals column with four on the year, while Pien Van Kampen has made 75 saves in nearly 1200 minutes tending goal. North Georgia is 7-1 against Young Harris all-time, falling in the last matchup at Young Harris two years ago. The 2-0 result in 2017 for YHC was the only time in the series that North Georgia has not scored in the history of the matchup.
Albany State: Albany State is 4-8 on the year and 2-6 in league play headed into a match at No. 3 Flagler Wednesday. The Golden Rams defeated Lander Saturday, 2-1, in double overtime. Thuto Ramafifi leads ASU with seven goals and five assists on the year. Two keepers have split the majority of the time this season for the Golden Rams: Maria Bacilio and Alexa Vivas Castro. This will be the first meeting between the two sides in history
Statistics: North Georgia ranks first in the league in goals-against-average and shutout percentage. UNG is second in the PBC in save percentage and third in the conference in assists per game, points per game, scoring offense, total assists, total goals and total points. Morgan Ramby leads the Peach Belt in goals-against-average at .571 and second in save percentage at .833. Taylor Malasek is tied for first in the league and second in the nation in game-winners with six. She is third in the league in goals scored with 13.
