Game Preview: Coming off the first loss of the season, the University of North Georgia women's soccer team hits the road for the first time this season as they take on No. 18 Limestone Wednesday afternoon.

Last Week: The Nighthawks dropped their first match of the season to Lee Thurs- day night in Dahlonega, 3-2, on a free kick goal with just two minutes to play. Rosie Embley and Taylor Malasek scored the two goals for UNG.
Scouting Limestone: The Saints are 3-0-0 to start 2018 with wins over Young Harris, Anderson and Chowan. Limestone has scored 11 goals so far while conceding just one.
Series Versus Limestone: North Georgia is unbeaten against Limestone in the four all-time meet- ings. After a 1-1 draw at Limestone back in 2006, the Nighthawks have won the past three matchups without conceding a goal. This will be the first trip to Gaffney for UNG since the 2006 season.
PBC Statistical Leaders: The Nighthawks currently lead the Peach Belt Conference in goals scored, shots per game and corner kicks. UNG is second in the league in assists and points.
Schedule Change: The Nighthawks were scheduled to take on Francis Marion this week, but, due to the expected arrival of Hurricane Florence, the game has been postponed to Sunday, September 23, at 2 PM.
