Game Preview: The No. 25 University of North Georgia women's soccer team will look to get back on the winning track in a matchup against Young Harris Wednesday evening at the UNG Soccer Complex.
Promotions: Wednesday's match will be Pack the Nest night as well as serve as Battle of Blood Mountain night. The Nighthawks will be awarded the Battle of Blood Mountain trophy at halftime of the match.

Last Week: North Georgia hit a bump in the road, dropping their first match in seven tries last Saturday at Flagler, 3-1. The Nighthawks then earned a draw at Clayton State Monday evening, 1-1, despite having a man advantage for the majority of the second half and both overtime periods.
Scouting Young Harris: The Mountain Lions are 5-5-0 on the season and are on a three-match winning streak, including a 3-0 win over South Carolina State two weeks ago.
Series Versus Young Harris: North Georgia holds a 6-1 edge over Young Harris, but the Mountain Lions got the best of the Nighthawks last year, winning 2-0 on the other side of Blood Mountain. UNG is 4-0 in Dahlonega against YHC.
PBC Statistical Leaders: The Nighthawks continue to lead the Peach Belt Conference in goals scored, points, shots per game and corner kicks. UNG is third in the league in assists.
NCAA Statistical Rankings: North Georgia sports the ninth best scoring offense in the nation at 3.42 goals per match. The Nighthawks also have the 10th most total goals, 15th most points per match and 15th most total points.
United Soccer Coaches Rankings: The Nighthawks fell 12 spots to No. 25 in the United Soccer Coaches National Poll. North Georgia also fell two spots to No. 4 in the USC Southeast Region poll. The first NCAA Regional Rankings will be released Wednesday.
PBC Standings: North Georgia is in third place in the Peach Belt Conference behind Columbus State and Flagler, but UNG has a match in hand over the Saints. UNG currently sits at 16 points, while CSU has 21 and Flagler has 19. Young Harris is tied for fifth, sitting on nine points.
Battle of Blood Mountain History: North Georgia has never lost the Battle of Blood Mountain trophy in the five years that the trophy has been awarded. The Nighthawks won last season, 6.0 to 4.0, the second closest margin of victory since its inception.
NCAA Division II Showcase: It was announced Tuesday that on October 27 against Columbus State, the Nighthawks will be featured as part of the NCAA Division II Showcase with the match against the Cougars being broadcast nationally over the NCAA Division II's Twitter and Facebook Live pages. To account for this, the kickoff has been pushed back five minutes to 6:05 p.m.
