PENSACOLA, Fla. – Kent Norsworthy won his 200th match as the head coach of the University of North Georgia women's tennis program as the No. 6 women defeated West Florida (6-7) 4-3. The No. 18 men fell 6-1 to the 17th-ranked Argonauts at the Ralph "Skeeter" Carson Tennis Complex.

The Nighthawks took the doubles point with
Viktorie Wojcikova and
Johanna Lippert opening up with a 6-1 victory as
Angelina Linnikova and
Svetlana Teterina clinched the doubles point with a 6-4 win.
Lippert continued her momentum in singles, winning 6-2, 4-6, 6-2 and
Ashley Moinard won in straight sets 6-3, 6-1, with Linnikova making a comeback in her match to secure the victory, winning 2-6, 6-4,6-4.
#18 Men's Tennis (5-3)
Joaquin Benoit and
Cole Brainard highlighted the Nighthawks day as the doubles duo took down the third-ranked doubles team in NCAA Division II, defeating Descarrega/Bermejo (UWF) in the tiebreaker, 7-5.
Benoit won the lone singles match for North Georgia, defeating Descarrega 6-0, 6-2 in singles.
