DAHLONEGA – A second-half comeback for the No. 21 University of North Georgia men's basketball team ended in a 77-75 overtime victory over Georgia Southwestern in Lynn Cottrell Arena at the UNG Convocation Center.
Frank Champion shined, finishing with a career-high 31 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists for his 12th double-double this season.
AJ White finished with 13 points making three of his five attempts from three. White added four assists and a team-high six steals in the game. Ginacarlo Bastianoni finished with 12 points and two blocks to round out the double-digit scoring.
The Nighthawks move to 15-4 overall and 8-3 in Peach Belt Conference play.
