DAHLONEGA - Taylor Malasek found the net in the 57th minute as the University of North Georgia women's soccer team upset No. 22 Lenoir-Rhyne, 1-0, Wednesday evening at the UNG Soccer Complex at Lynn Cottrell Park.
After a scoreless first half, Malasek took a pass and pump faked a shot to get past her defender. Moving the ball to her left foot, she sent her shot over the Bear keeper for the game's only goal.
The Nighthawk defense weathered L-R's best efforts down the stretch to earn their third straight clean sheet.

- North Georgia has now gone 287 minutes without conceding a goal.
