YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. - The University of North Georgia women's soccer team took down Young Harris Saturday night, 1-0, earning the upper hand toward a Battle of Blood Mountain point for the Nighthawks.
It took just 81 seconds for North Georgia to find the only goal of the night as
Taylor Malasek had her shot saved, but the rebound came back to
Abbie Crane who put the ball in the back of the net for the 1-0 lead.
From there, both defenses prevailed, allowing just four shots each on goal throughout the 90 minutes.
