This Week in Nighthawk Athletics Volume 15: December 6

DAHLONEGA - The University of North Georgia Department of Athletics prepares for a full week of basketball that will see both teams play in the Convocation Center. This season's weekly preview is presented by Northeast Georgia Health System, the official healthcare partner of UNG Nighthawk Athletics.

Single game and season tickets are available for all home events. All home events will be broadcast live courtesy of the Nighthawk Sports Network

After a week off, the No. 4 women's basketball team will hit the road Wednesday to battle Tusculum before opening Peach Belt play Saturday at home against Georgia College.
UNG went 2-0 last week, downing both Toccoa Falls and Fort Valley State to improve to a five game winning streak.
The Nighthawks will play twice at home this week, taking on AUM in a rematch from two weeks ago Wednesday night before a Saturday afternoon showdown against Georgia College to open league play.
Wednesday night's men's basketball game will serve as Camp Night, where members from the kids camp this summer are invited back to the Convocation Center to cheer on the Nighthawks.
Saturday's doubleheader against Georgia College will feature a Toy Drive where fans are welcome to bring unwrapped and unopened toys to the game for donation.
