Box Score FLORENCE, S.C. - The No. 12 University of North Georgia women's tennis team didn't break a sweat in Florence Wednesday as they brushed aside conference rivals Francis Marion, 7-0.
 
Emma Etelalahti and Adrienne Bofinger got UNG off to a good start, breezing through their No. 2 doubles, 6-1, and the doubles point was then clinched by No. 3 doubles. Cibeles Zuddy and Lexa Loden were never really threatened in a 6-2 triumph and gave the Nighthawks the perfect start.
 
Bofinger extended her singles winning streak to eight in a row, and it was a typically routine day at the courts for her, recording a 6-0, 6-0 victory. No. 3 and No. 4 singles took care of the rest, following Bofinger's example with straight set wins. Zuddy continued her good form with a confident 6-2, 6-1 win, and senior Holly Bennett secured the match for UNG, after a professional 6-4, 6-4 win. Freshmen Claudelle Labonte-Frey also had another impressive win, winning 6-1, 6-2.
 
The Nighthawks now ride a two match winning streak heading into this weekend where they will return home for two more PBC conference matches. First up is No. 8 Columbus State on Saturday with play set to begin at 2 p.m.
