AIKEN, S.C. - Carl Ludwig Eriksson had a say in all three goals as the University of North Georgia men's soccer team earned a shutout against USC Aiken in a 3-0 win Saturday evening.
Eriksson had two assists and a goal in the match. His first assist came in the 13th minute when he crossed a ball in to
Gabriel Garcia to get an early 1-0 lead.
The junior from Sweden scored his goal in the 24th minute after he took a pass from
Matheus Abreu and scored on a wide open net. The Nighthawks final goal came from
Michael Akin in the 81st minute.

- Eriksson's four-point performance is a career-high, surpassing his three-point performance from last season's matchup against Young Harris.
- Junior
Matt Sharman had 10 saves in the match. The double-digit save match is the second of the season.
- North Georgia is now 6-6 overall and 3-2 in Peach Belt play.
