DAHLONEGA, Ga. | The University of North Georgia men's soccer team had its four-match unbeaten streak snapped as visiting Flagler posted a 3-0 shutout over the Nighthawks on Saturday afternoon at the UNG Soccer Complex.Â
North Georgia falls to 4-9-2 overall and 2-4-1 in conference play.
Juan Membreno got the Saints on the board just before halftime. In the 43
rd minute, Membreno scored off of a pass from Caleb Austin.
Flagler wasted little time scoring coming out of the intermission. In the 47
th minute, Jackie Kay headed in Jonny Cosgrove's cross to give the Saints a 2-0 lead.
Simeon Wickli concluded the scoring when he knocked in Membreno's pass in the 72
nd minute.
NOTES- Flagler extended its scoreless streak to 302 minutes and 43 seconds.

Victor Ohlin recorded five saves for the Nighthawks.
- Flagler out-shot North Georgia 11-10, but the Nighthawks had a 12-3 advantage in corner kicks.
