How Treadwell got to UNG
Treadwell joined the UNG women’s soccer program in 2024 after completing her high school career at nearby Buford High School. The Buford native was a Gwinnett County 6A All-County selection, multi-year team captain and was chosen to play in the state All-Star game. She contributed to multiple playoff wins throughout her high school career, totaling an overall high school record of 76-6-2. On the club circuit, Treadwell competed for Atlanta Fire United in the Elite Club National League (ECNL). The midfielder earned Southeast First Team All-Conference selections in the ECNL back in 2021. Treadwell was noticed by the UNG coaches all the way back in her freshman year of high school at a soccer ID camp. She “instantly loved the school" and cited the feeling of being at home as soon as she stepped on campus as a key reason for her commitment to the Nighthawks.
