How Pfahl got to UNG
Cameron Pfahl, a freshman from Newnan, Ga., came to UNG in 2024 after completing his career at Newnan High School. The Cougars went 8-6-1 in the 2023 season and Pfahl recorded a number of standout performances for his squad. In a 7-2 win in the season opener, Pfahl netted a whopping four goals in the win. In another game, Pfahl scored seven of his team's 10 goals in a dominant 10-0 win against New Manchester. Pfahl was discovered by the UNG coaching staff at an ID camp and, upon learning more about UNG, decided to commit thanks to "the coaches, opportunity, and location," said Pfahl.
