AIKEN, S.C. – The No. 19 University of North Georgia men's basketball team fell 83-74 in their final regular season matchup against USC Aiken.
Frank Champion led the way with 24 points and nine rebounds, adding four assists and four steals.
AJ White finished as the only other double-digit scorer logging 19 points and making seven shots on 12 attempts. An 0-6 second from three half did not slow down the offense, but the struggles shooting from beyond the arc hurt North Georgia's abilities to mount a comeback.
UNG moves to 20-6 overall and 13-4 overall. North Georgia's 20 wins are the most in the program's NCAA era.
