GREENVILLE, S.C. – The University of North Georgia women's cross country team finished first at the Bob Jones XC Invite.
Claire Mills led North Georgia across the line, finishing with a time of 19:27.0.
Val Angel and
Karmen LeRoy followed in second and third, recording times of 19:28.5 and 19:47.3.
Emily McBride and
Emery Ryan finished out the top five runners for North Georgia.
The Nighthawks had seven of the top nine runners for UNG, and the win was their fourth win of the season.

North Georgia will move onto the postseason running in the Peach Belt Conference championship at Beech Island, S.C., on Saturday (Nov. 5).
