DAHLONEGA – The University of North Georgia men's soccer team fell to No. 12 Lander on Senior Night at the UNG Soccer Field at Lynn Cottrell Park in Peach Belt Conference action. The Nighthawks had an early lead, but four second-half goals gave Lander the 4-1 victory.

Santiago Gimenez, was the lone highlight for North Georgia. The duo connected in the 33rd minute to give the Nighthawks a chance at upsetting the Bearcats.
Lander came out firing in the second half, scoring goals in the 50th and 52nd minutes to take the lead. The Bearcats scored again in the 67th and 76th minute to secure their 10th win of the season. North Georgia moves to 4-9-2 on the season with the loss.
