ROME, Ga. – The University of North Georgia women's cross country team finished in seventh out of 18 schools at the Berry Invitational.
Ella Stoudenmire led the way for the Nighthawks finishing with a 6K time of 25:00.36 which was good for 20th overall out of nearly 150 runners.
Sadie Watson finished in 23rd place overall and second on the team, recording a time of 25:00.36.

Korey Dickerson finished third and fourth on the team with times of 25:40.19 and 26:28.17 respectively. Lindsay Allen rounded out the top five runners for UNG with a time of 26:43.18.
Katie Hamfeldt won the individual title, finishing with a time of 22:15.60. Georgia Tech won the team title finishing with three of the top seven runners.
This was the second race for the Nighthawks in two days after winning at the 12th Annual Wingate Bulldog Stampede on Friday.
