DAHLONEGA - The University of North Georgia women's soccer team turned in a clean sheet Wednesday as they shut out USC Aiken, 3-0, to extend the winning streak to five matches.

Maysoon El-Shami got North Georgia on the board first in the 10th minute with a left footed shot that went over the outstretched arms of the Pacer keeper. UNG doubled its lead eight minutes later when Taylor Malasek scored her 45th career goal on a free kick from just outside the box.

El-Shami found one more goal in the 63rd minute as she headed home a rebound off the crossbar to bring the match to its final score.
