DAHLONEGA - The fourth-ranked University of North Georgia softball team has announced changes to the weekend schedule of games at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium at Lynn Cottrell Park.
 
The doubleheader against USC Aiken scheduled for Saturday afternoon has been postponed to ensure that established conference and NCAA safety protocols are appropriately enforced and to ensure both fan and student-athlete safety. The two teams will work on finding a rescheduled date. 
 
Sunday's doubleheader against Columbus State has been pushed back four hours to a 4 p.m. start.
 
The Nighthawks currently sit atop the Peach Belt Conference standings and are in the driver's seat to secure at least a share of their seventh straight regular season championship.
