PENSACOLA, Fla. - Despite taking an early lead, the No. 4 University of North Georgia baseball team fell Wednesday night to No. 25 West Florida, 7-3.

Crews Taylor and put North Georgia on top, 1-0. The Argos answered, though, scoring three times with the bases loaded in the fifth and twice more in the sixth to take a 5-1 lead.
North Georgia countered in the seventh, loading the bases themselves and pushing two runs across in the frame, but UWF got both runs back in the bottom half of the inning to get to the 7-3 scoreline.
