DAHLONEGA, Ga. — The 27th-ranked University of North Georgia baseball team suffered a tough loss in Friday's series opener, falling to Lynn, 12-11, after leading 11-6 heading into the seventh inning. The Nighthawks slip to 6-2 on the season after the heartbreaking loss.
The two high-powered lineups delivered an offensive display in the first five innings, scoring a combined 16 runs in the first five innings, highlight by the North Georgia second that saw a three-run home run by freshman
