University of North Georgia Athletics

Robert DiClemente joins Nighthawk Athletics as the Communications Graduate Assistant, working as part of the Communications & Marketing unit. He is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration in the Mike Cottrell College of Business.
 
During his undergraduate career, he spent four years as a member of the Nighthawk Sports Network student staff, where he played an integral role in elevating both broadcast production quality and the in-venue fan experience. His responsibilities included serving as a play-by-play announcer, color commentator, public address announcer, broadcast producer and assisting with various athletic communications responsibilities. DiClemente has also served as on-air talent and public address announcer for multiple NCAA Championships hosted by North Georgia.
 
Prior to returning to North Georgia, DiClemente worked as a Media and Public Relations Specialist for a Charleston-based wellness studio. In that role, he managed and provided oversight of social media platforms, coordinated photo and video shoots and designed branded materials used in strategic marketing campaigns.
 
In his role with Nighthawk Athletics, DiClemente will contribute to the storytelling and promotion of all 13 varsity programs while playing a key leadership role within the Nighthawk Sports Network. He will serve primarily as on-air talent while also mentoring, training and helping develop the NSN student broadcasters.
