University of North Georgia Athletics

Kate Turner enters her third year as the Athletics Business Manager after joining the North Georgia Athletic Department in May 2023. She has been with the University for ten years after starting in the Accounts Payable Department in 2015. She also served in the University Compliance Department from 2020-22. 

Turner works internally within the department on all budgetary needs and assessments. She works collaboratively with other campus departments to ensure compliance within the budgetary sphere. She oversees the departments annual planning and day-to-day budgetary operations. 

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UNG in 2014 and her Masters Degree in Business Administration in 2018. 

She and her husband Max reside in Dahlonega with their daughter Olivia.
