University of North Georgia Athletics

Anna Grace Worley has been named the Director of Fan Experience for the University of North Georgia Athletic Department. She enters her third year on staff after earning her Master of Business Administration from UNG in 2025 while serving as the department’s administrative graduate assistant.
 
While on staff, Worley aided in event operations and management of all NCAA regional events, including cross country, men’s & women’s basketball, men’s & women’s golf, tennis and softball. Worley served as a member of the game operations staff in numerous roles including game administration, in-venue production, promotional assistant and scorer’s table management. 
 
In February of 2025, Worley was selected to attend the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar at the National Office in Indianapolis. The professional development event provides leadership, educational and transitional programming for graduate assistants and interns from NCAA member schools, conference offices and affiliate organizations. The three-day program educates, develops and connects selected learners and equips young professionals with the skills necessary to accelerate their career progression in college sports.
 
In her position, Worley is responsible the development and implementation of marketing plans for the department's 13 NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports through the creation of promotional initiatives that drive attendance and fan engagement at events. 

She promotes Nighthawk Athletics to increase attendance, generate revenue, elevate brand awareness and coordinate further outreach and engagement to both the campus and local communities.
 
Worley will collaborate with community partners to identify effective engagement opportunities at athletic events, as well as work with campus partners to create programming that drives student attendance. 
 
Worley received her Bachelor of Science degree from UNG in 2023.
