Biography

How Bradford got to UNG
Claire Bradford joined the Nighthawks in 2025 as a freshman from Prince Avenue Christian School. At Prince Avenue, Bradford developed an impressive winning pedigree. She was the Georgia Individual State Champion in 2024 and 2025 while earning Runner-Up honors in 2023. She helped lead Prince Avenue to a team state title in 2024 with third-place finishes in 2023 and 2025. Bradford has displayed incredible prowess on the golf course, even from a young age. When she was nine year old, she finished in second place in the annual Drive, Chip and Putt, a free nationwide junior golf development competition aimed at growing the game by focusing on the three fundamental skills employed in golf. Bradford was also stellar in the classroom, holding the highest grade point average in her class for three years before graduating fifth in the class. She also was named a UGA Merit Scholar prior to graduation. Bradford said, "I chose UNG because I loved the team chemistry and atmosphere. Coach Campbell was also extremely welcoming and incredibly supportive, making UNG exactly what I was looking for."
