How Lamp got to UNG
Teagan Lamp, a native of Ball Ground, Ga., began her first collegiate season with the Nighthawks in 2024. She ran at Creekview High School prior to arriving in Dahlonega. At Creekview, Lamp posted quality times in a number of long distance track & field events: 3200-meter (11:47.22), 1600-meter (5:29.02), 800-meter (2:30.61). She also posted an impressive 19:16.28 mark in the 5K as a cross country runner as well. When mentioning UNG, Lamp said " the campus is beautiful, the coach is really nice, the team is so supportive and overall it seems like the perfect fit!"
