How Millar Got to UNG
Millar joins the Nighthawks after transferring from the University of North Florida, where she graduated with two years of eligibility left. As a freshman with the Osprey, she appeared in all 28 games, averaging 5.1 points. She scored in double figures four times and finished the season a perfect 10-for-10 from the free-throw line. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration. Her ties to North Georgia run deep as her father, Matthew, was a member of the UNG Boards Head Brigade Corps of Cadets, and her mother, Tarla, played for Coach Burson. Her brother, Tanner, is currently a member of the North Georgia golf team. These ties to Dahlonega hold a special place in her heart and has always felt like home.
