How Hicks got to UNG
Wyatt Hicks joins the Nighthawk rifle program this season after an impressive high school career at East Coweta High School. The Senoia, Ga. native was a Georgia state male junior Olympics champion prior to joining the Nighthawks. He also was the number one finisher in Area 5 with a season average of 292 out of 300 in 2023 at East Coweta. He was a two-time All-Area 5 selection and was selected to the All-State Team in 2023 which consisted of the top 10 shooters throughout Georgia. In 2023, Hicks finished seventh in the Georgia High School Assocatino Riflery State Championship.
