Biography

How Cole got to UNG
Chris Cole will suit up in the blue and white this season after transferring from Shorter University where he spent one season with the Hawks. At Shorter, Cole averaged 5.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists over 20 games last season. Cole, a native of Lawrenceville, Ga. and graduate of Brookwood High School, originally played college basketball at the Division I level at Morehead State. He joined the Eagles in 2021 and red shirted his first season before appearing in 17 games in his second year. Cole transferred to Dahlonega "because of the family feel of the program versus the others."
