Biography

How Wright got to UNG
Davis Wright is a freshman in the Nighthawk baseball program after recently graduating from Walton High School in his hometown of Marietta, Ga. Wright made multiple all-region teams in his career with the Raiders. As a junior, he hit for a .385 average with one home run, five doubles and a triple in region play to be named to the Region 5-7A All-Region First Team. With a .307 AVG, a .476 on-base percentage, seven extra base hits and 16 RBI the following season, Wright was named as an All-Region honorable mention.
