3rd Annual Online Team Registration - March 7-15, 2026

About Event
The Scenic City College Tennis Spring Break Showcase is a stay and play event jointly hosted by the University of North Georgia and Chattanooga Sports that is open to all levels of college tennis programs. Coaches can work with the event staff to arrange various match and practice options while enjoying all the spring activities that the city of Chattanooga offers. All offerings are completely flexible to meet each team's needs as our staff will work with you to customize the Spring Break trip that best suits your program's schedule.

Cost
The cost per match is $150 per match/per gender to include all associated court fees and tennis balls.

Practice Times
Schools that commit to playing multiple matches will also be given complimentary practice court times based on court availability. Practice courts are available to be scheduled in the afternoon. There will be two courts open during the morning and they can be scheduled through a reservation with the event staff as well if needed. To schedule practice courts, please specify day and times desired during registration.
 
MATCH FORMAT
• Initial matches of the day will get one hour warmup time on court. Second wave of matched each day will get a minimum of 30 minutes on court.
• One can of balls will be provided per match (9 cans for a team competition).
• Each match will be played using a seven-point scoring system.
• Doubles will be played as a single set, no-ad scoring. Lets are in play.
• Point is awarded to the first team to 6 with a 7-point tie-breaker played at 6-all.
• Singles will be 2-out-of-3 sets, no-ad scoring, lets are in play. A 7-point tiebreaker will be played a 6-all for the first and second sets.
• The third set will be contested as a 10-point tiebreaker in lieu of a full set.
• Matches will be played to clinch with the winner being the first team to four points, unless agreed upon in advance by both coaches to play matched to completion.
• The three doubles matches will be played first, followed by the six singles matches. There will be six courts guaranteed per match.
• Umpires are available if desired by coaches and will be the financial responsibility of the schools that request them. Contact the tournament staff if you desire umpires.

** Special accommodations could be made when scheduling match times if both coaches agree to playing full third sets and/or playing to match completion (not clinch).
 
Champions Club Tennis Champions Club Tennis Complex at Rivermont Park

Located directly on the banks of the Tennessee River, the Champions Club Tennis Complex at Rivermont Park is open to the public and features 20 hard courts, a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with lockers, showers and viewing areas. Champions Club serves as an exciting destination for national, regional and state tennis tournaments that bring an estimated $2.9 million to the Chattanooga area each year. It is home to the SoCon Conference Tennis Championship and is scheduled to host the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Tennis Championship. Champions Club Website
