DAHLONEGA – The University of North Georgia Department of Athletics announced the hiring of two new athletic administration staff members Tuesday.
Anna Grace Worley was announced as the Director of Fan Experience & Community Engagement while
Steven Robinson was announced as the new Director of Athletic Equipment & Apparel.
Worley begins her full-time role with the Nighthawks after graduating from UNG with her bachelor's degree in 2023 and a masters in Business Administration in 2025.
In her time as a student at UNG, Worley spent three years assisting in game day operations, creative content and athletic administration. In 2025 Worley was selected to attend the NCAA Emerging Leaders Seminar, a conference for young professionals to receive development and training in collegiate athletics.
"As a double UNG alumna who has been interconnected with Nighthawk Athletics throughout my time in school, I am excited to be on board and aid in the process of making UNG the most value-added DII program in the country," said Worley. "Over the past few years, our athletic department has seen tremendous success across all of our programs. Due to this success, the need for campus and community engagement is imperative not only for our programs, but also the university. It is an exciting time to be a Nighthawk."
Worley will serve as the connective vehicle between the North Georgia campus and local communities and the UNG athletic department, focusing on elevating the in-game experience and daily engagement of Nighthawk fans everywhere.
Robinson is also a UNG alumnus himself. The Dahlonega native graduated in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Upon graduation, Robinson gained valuable professional experience that led him back to his alma mater. Most recently Robinson comes from RXO Logistics where he was a logistics coordinator overseeing numerous multi-million dollar international shipping projects.
"I am extremely excited to come back to the place that helped shape me into the person I am today," said Robinson. "My professional experience, love for sports and passion for this school make this position especially meaningful and I look forward to contributing to the success of one of the top DII athletic departments in the country."
Robinson's role as Director of Equipment will primarily focus on the expansion and distribution of UNG athletics equipment, gear and apparel. Robinson will assist in UNG's continuous mission to become one of the most recognizable DII names and images in the country while organizing the department's gear, equipment and apparel processes and assets.
