DAHLONEGA – The University of North Georgia No. 13 men's and No. 8 women's tennis programs, in partnership with Chattanooga Sports, will host the inaugural Scenic City College Tennis Spring Break Showcase beginning this weekend. The stay-and-play event will host seven different men's tennis programs and eight different women's programs over the course of seven days in Chattanooga, Tenn.

The programs sending both their men's and women's teams are UNG, Columbus State, Catawba, Young Harris, Tennessee Wesleyan and Drury while Belmont Abbey will be sending its women's team.

Located directly on the banks of the Tennessee River, the Champions Club of Tennis Complex at Rivermont Park will host the inaugural event. The Champions Club is the current home of the SoCon Conference Tennis Championship and is scheduled to host the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Tennis Championship.

All matches will be played using a seven-point scoring system. Doubles matches will be played as a single set with no-ad scoring. Singles will be played 2-out-of-3 sets with no-ad scoring. The three doubles matches will be played prior to the six singles matches. All matches will be played to clinch with the winner being decided as the first team to reach four points. Coaches can agree to play past clinch prior to the start of a match.

Live scoring will be available for fans and others to follow along with on the IonCourt platform.
