MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The No. 17 University of North Georgia rifle team eased to a 4652-4414 neutral site win over Wofford on Saturday at Georgia Military College. Elysa Walter edged teammate Maya Cameron for the event's top aggregate honor by just two points.

The duo posted identical air rifle scores of 574 with Walter pulling away for top individual honors courtesy of her 576 score in smallbore.

North Georgia shooters finished as the top six individuals in the 13-shooter event.
 
Jaden-Ann Fraser posted a season high score of 590 in the air rifle discipline while teammates Madison Kennedy (584 air rifle) and Courtney Allison (574 smallbore) each added their own personal records.

North Georgia is next in action on Saturday, Feb. 3 when the Nighthawks host their lone home competition of the season as The Citadel visits Dahlonega. The program's seniors will be honored in between relays at the COL Raymond C. Hamilton Rifle Range.
