DAHLONEGA – The University of North Georgia has released the 2024 Nighthawk baseball schedule with 37 home games slated for Bob Stein Stadium at Lynn Cottrell Park.
Head coach
Tom Cantrell's squad opens up the year with a three-game non-conference series with Mars Hill on Feb. 2-4 and concludes the 54-game regular season slate on Apr. 23-25 with a Peach Belt Conference series with Georgia College & State University.
On the second weekend of the season, UNG's Feb. 9-11 non-conference series will be billed as Alumni Weekend when 25 years of North Georgia Baseball will be celebrated.
North Georgia's conference opener will also take place in Dahlonega when Columbus State comes to town for a three-game set on Mar. 1-3.
Nighthawk fans will get a chance to see the 2024 team at home in nine of its first 10 games and during a 10-game homestand in the middle of the season.
