DAHLONEGA - The University of North Georgia men's basketball team saw its four game winning streak grind to a halt as Flagler picked up the Peach Belt Conference win Monday night inside the Convocation Center, 67-53.
The Saints jumped out to a quick 10-0 advantage and then held UNG to just 16 points in the first 20 minutes. The Nighthawk offense came out in the second half, trimming the lead down to as few as 12 with less than five minutes to go, but Flagler did enough to keep North Georgia at distance and pick up the road win.

Frank Champion had 12, while
Zach Brown scored 10, hitting all six of his free throws.
- North Georgia shot 36 percent from the floor, while the Saints shot over 48 percent on the night.
- Flagler outscored UNG in the paint in both halves by identical 20-14 score lines.
