SALISBURY, N.C. - The No. 10 University of North Georgia women's tennis team quickly dispatched of Catawba Sunday afternoon, winning the match 7-0.
The Nighthawks claimed the doubles point with wins at Nos. 1 and 3. UNG gave up just three points in those two matches combined.
From there, North Georgia cruised through singles play, winning all six matches in straight sets.
Adrienne Bofinger gave up just three points in her two sets, while
Anna Markvartova and Rafaella Villanueva each won, 6-2, 6-2.
UNG will jump back into action on Saturday as they travel to Tusculum.
