The Nighthawks finished with a combined score of 913, demolishing the previous 54-hole team record by 35 strokes. UNG beat No. 18 St. Mary's by 19 strokes in the overall standings.
Alexis Whitney also etched her name in the record books with a 54-hole total of 229, good for third all-time in the 54-hole individual record.
No. 1 Dallas Baptist won the tournament for a sixth straight year, defeating No. 10 West Texas A&M by three shots. Missouri-St. Louis finished in third, followed by Texas A&M-Commerce and No. 23 Midwestern State, who tied for fourth place.
