DAHLONEGA | Behind a 31-point effort from junior forward Kelsey Hutchins, the University of North Georgia women's basketball team clipped Georgia College, 79-72, In Peach Belt Conference action on Saturday afternoon in UNG's Memorial Hall.

The win improves UNG to 16-9 overall and an even 8-8 in league play while GC falls to the same identical ledger.

Hutchins made good on 12-of-21 shots from the field and was a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line en route to her second 30-plus point effort in the last three games. She rounded out her third double-double of the season with a game-high 11 rebounds.
