Opened the season with a pair of top-15 finishes highlighted by a 12th place finish at the Young Harris College Invitational ... Tallied a season-best 21:09 5K time at the Jacksonville State University Invitational ... Low 6K time was a 25:30 at the Peach Belt Championship ... Named PBC Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar.
High School:Â A three-sport athlete participating in cross country, soccer and track & field ... Earned her cross country team's Coaches' Award and the Academic Award as a senior in 2011 as her team claimed the county championship and advanced to the state meet ... In track & field, she helped set the school record in the 1200 distance medley as a senior in 2012 as her team claimed the county title ... Set a personal best of 20:50 in the 5K and 12:08 in the 3200 meter ... Was also an active member of DECA, graduated with honors and was named a Superintendent Key Scholar.
