Milton High School: A three-time letterwinner in basketball, Sims was named her team's Best Defensive Player three times (2008, 2010 2011) ... As a sophomore, she earned the team's Spirit Award and was named a team captain the following year as a junior ... Her senior year, she averaged 6.0 points, 9.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 4.0 rebounds per game ... Her 2010-11 squad advanced to the state tournament's "Elite Eight" ... Away from basketball, she was also a one-year member of the track & field and volleyball teams as well as a member of the Spanish Club, SADD and the Humane Society.
Personal: Her twin sister Giovanni is also a member of the Saints' women's basketball program.
