2008 (As a Freshman) – Named Peach BeltConference Pitcher of the Week on April 21 after tossing a completegame in PBC action…Appeared in 15 games, all as astarter…collected a 3.83 ERA and a record of5-3…struckout 51 batters and opponents hit .301 in 84.2innings…recorded four complete games which was good forsecond on the team.

2007 (As a (RS) Freshman) –Redshirted atthe University of Mississippi.

High School – Played four years at TheLovett School under head coach Lance Dubs...hit .320 for his careerwith 10 home runs, 65 RBI, 25 doubles, four triples and 60 runsscored...made 36 appearances on the mound, posting a 24-8 recordwith a 1.60 ERA with 233 strikeouts and 81 walks in 175.0IP...helped lead The Lovett School to the 2006 Georgia Class 2AState Championship and a 30-7 record...named 2005 Team MVP...Named2005 Pitcher of the Year by the AtlantaJournal-Constitution...named to the Atlanta Braves 755 Club MetroAll-Star Team...named to the Georgia Dugout Club All-TournamentTeam...named first team All-Area.
