DAHLONEGA – The University of North Georgia (UNG) is set to host the Peach Belt Conference Softball Tournament and the final series of the Peach Belt Conference Baseball Tournament at Lynn Cottrell Park this weekend. The North Georgia baseball and softball programs earned the top-seeds and hosting rights in their respective tournaments after claiming the Peach Belt Conference regular season titles.
The Nighthawk softball team will play its quarterfinal game on Friday at 4:00 p.m. while the UNG baseball team will open the best-of-three championship series at 5:00 p.m.
Ticketing/Concessions
Day passes for Lynn Cottrell Park are available through the
Peach Belt Conference Box Office. Fans can purchase day passes for all three days and will be able to enjoy both PBC championship contests taking place inside Lynn Cottrell Park. Fans will be able to access all three ticketing points with either ticket.
Daily passes ($16) are available for purchase online or can be purchased on site. UNG students, faculty and staff will continue to gain free admission to PBC Championship events using the UNG Connect app on their phone.
Nighthawk Concessions will be available for fans all weekend. Visit the concessions stand located on the front side of Coleman Field House for Ballpark meals, snacks, drinks and treats, including the new Gold City Lager – the official craft beer of North Georgia Athletics. Ballpark specialties including hamburgers/hotdogs, BBQ sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks will be available while supplies last.

Parking
Softball fans are encouraged to park behind the outfield of the softball field or in the lot on the first base side of the facility located directly across the street on Barlow Road. Event staff and UNG Public Safety will be on site to assist with parking.
Fans coming for the baseball series are encouraged to park in the lot below the Indoor Hitting Facility or in the lot located above the Soccer Complex off Morrison Moore Parkway.
