ATLANTA – The University of North Georgia track and field team opened competition Friday at the Emory Spring Break Classic, highlighted by three top 10 finishes in the 3000-meter steeplechase.
Tessie Braman led the Nighthawks with a fifth-place finish, crossing the line in 12:25.81. Jordan Starling followed in eighth place with a time of 13:06.08, while Teagan Lamp rounded out the group in ninth at 13:13.25.
North Georgia continues competition Saturday with events in the 3000 meters, 1500-meter open, 400 meters and 800 meters.
