GAINESVILLE, Ga. — The University of North Georgia will host the Peach Belt Conference men's and women's cross country championships races at the UNG Cross Country Course in Gainesville, Ga. on Saturday (Oct. 21). The women's race will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the men to follow at 10:15 a.m.
A total of 19 teams, ten men's and nine women's, will arrive to UNG's Gainesville Campus, looking to take home a PBC Championship.
Live scoring and
live streaming will be available for the race with an awards ceremony set to follow the men's race that can also be watched on the PBC Sports Network.
Flagler (women's) and Augusta (men's) are the defending champions, as both programs look to continue a run of multiple consecutive PBC titles.
The North Georgia women have finished first or second in each of the past nine years, looking to return to the top of the podium for the first time since 2017.
Among the ten schools in the two events are Augusta, Clayton State, Georgia Southwestern, Georgia College and State University, Flagler, Lander, USC Aiken and USC Beaufort.
