EATONTON, Ga. - The No. 8 University of North Georgia men's golf team climbed two spots on the leaderboard Tuesday to finish in seventh place in the Bobcat Invitational.

Noah Zediker finished with a final round of 3-under 67 to climb into a tie for fourth place individually. He carded four birdies on the day, all on the back nine. Grant Crowell also shot 3-under Tuesday to finish in a tie for 16th place at 4-over for the week. He found an eagle and five birdies on the card.

The Nighthawks finished with a team total of 15-over for the 54-hole event after shooting a final round of even par 280. That was the second lowest score on the day, one shot behind Florida Southern who shot under par in the final round. Barry won the tournament, shooting the lowest three round score since 2012 in the event at 3-over. Six shots back was Lander in second, followed by Florida Southern in third. West Florida and Clayton State tied for fourth, three shots ahead of the Nighthawks.

North Georgia will be back in action Monday at the Tennessee River Rumble.
