MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Sean Brennan led four players in double figures as the University of North Georgia men's basketball team defeated host Georgia College 78-67 in Peach Belt Conference action on Saturday afternoon in GC's Centennial Center. The junior guard connected on 7-of-15 shots from the field, highlighted by a season-high 5-of-10 from long distance.
The win improves North Georgia to 4-8 overall and 2-1 in conference play as GC falls to 9-3, 2-1 PBC.
NOTES- The Nighthawks win is their seventh straight in the series with GC and evens the all-time ledger at 39-39.
- Brennan's 20 points marked the seventh time through nine games he has scored in double figures. He has also scored 20 points in two of the team's three PBC games.

Juan Rivas added his second consecutive double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Corey Green added 16 and 12 respectively for UNG.
- Terrell Harris led all scorers with 22 points on 6-of-16 from the field, while Chaz Berry pitched in with 17 points including 5-of-13 from long distance.
- The Nighthawks held a decisive 50-37 edge on the glass and limited the Bobcats to just 33% (22-of-66) from the field.
